Following a 30-year career in media—launching radio stations, publishing companies, and recording studios—Shaun O'Neill founded Essential Talent New Zealand, a keynote speakers agency dedicated to elevating events and inspiring audiences.

With Shaun's extensive media experience, we built a diverse roster of thought leaders, influencers, and industry experts.

After nearly a decade as one of New Zealand’s most trusted agencies, Shaun and his eldest son launched Essential Speakers Australia, bringing the exceptional, personalized service that Kiwis love to our Australian neighbours.
