Sacha Coburn is the Chief Operating Officer of Coffee Culture, one of New Zealand's most recognised boutique café groups. Having led through the challenges of economic uncertainty, industry disruption and the COVID-19 pandemic, she understands firsthand what it takes to move organisations from survival mode to sustainable success.
Originally trained as a lawyer, Sacha later completed a First Class Honours Master's Degree in Education, giving her a unique perspective on leadership, learning and organisational growth. Her passion for developing people has seen her work alongside global brands including Les Mills International, inspiring audiences around the world on leadership, culture and performance.
Sacha is also the co-founder of The Company You Keep, alongside Tonia Cawood, where she delivers immersive leadership development programmes and executive coaching for leaders seeking to unlock their full potential. A recipient of a prestigious Prime Minister's Business Scholarship, she completed Harvard Business School's Owner/President Management (OPM) programme and was selected to deliver her class graduation address.
