Sacha Coburn

Sacha Coburn is the C.O.O of her own family business Coffee Culture, a group of boutique coffee shops with 300 staff in 20 locations. She has lived every inch of the pandemic with her team of owners and has had to dig really deep to move from a survival mindset to one that’s primed to thrive.

Sacha has worked closely with the Les Mills International group, inspiring audiences all over the world. Sacha’s most recent side-hustle with Tonia Cawood, The Company You Keep, offers two-day immersive programmes that accelerate leadership development and growth as well as bespoke executive coaching.

Three years ago Sacha won a Prime Minister’s Business Scholarship, to study at Harvard Business School and has recently graduated from the prestigious OPM program. She was one of two chosen by her colleagues and members of the Harvard team to give the class graduation address.

Together with Les Mills Head of Fitness Ish Cheyne she hosts The Not So Breakfast Show, a weekly podcast focused on leadership, career development, professional and personal growth. She is still figuring out what she wants to do when she grows up but is totally committed to exploring the limits of what’s possible. She speaks about leading from the inside-out, high performing teams, change and leading through challenging times.

She has spoken for commercial and not-for profit organisations all over New Zealand including Chartered Accountants and Auditors of Australasia, BDO, Harcourts, Barfoot and Thompson, Holdfast, Community Waikato, Gymnastics New Zealand, NZ Home Loans, Foodstuffs North Island, and many more.
